Buttons in the SchemeRegistrationBrowser demo don't work.
The debugger shows an access violation when the user clicks on the alert button.

Use Chrome runtime style in SchemeRegistrationBrowser to fix issue #548

The latest update modified this demo to use the Chrome runtime style in order to fix this issue.

This is an issue in CEF with browsers using the Alloy style. See this report.
