Instead of querying OpenEBench API per tool, retrieve all data from OpenEBench and parse it.

Use https://openebench.bsc.es/monitor/tool to access data on all tools.
Use https://openebench.bsc.es/monitor/metrics to access all the aggregated metrics on the tools.
