[Volta] Missing functionality

TODOs related to Juno component requested functionality:

• [Button] spinner to display when the form is submitting. Right now the button is just disabled when submitting.
• [IntroBox] update the app to use AppShell once the IntroBox component has been implemented.
• [Message] add dismissible functionality so the messages can be removed manually fbc6349
• [Panel] add option to hide top x button
• [CodeBlock] add an attribute to limit the high and make the content scrollable f883662
• [Tabs] add taps so it is possible to switch beetween CAs

TODOs related to the API requested functionality:

• Adapt the revoke call when the API Delete is REST conform
• Synchronise the validation with the API
• Display the cert state and adjust the cert list to react on state: active, revoked and expired a7a6529
