There seems to be a new KP.3.1.1+S:A435S branch. Not fast but quite distributed, Make a record here.

Also worth noting MC.10.1 has an Orf1a:H3580Y branch. Interesting convergence.

thx good catch! 435S super homoplasic on Kp.3.1.1 backbone with most of them being clusters so hard to find this one.
