NB.1 has not many branches despite being one of the fastest lineages, 2/3 of samples are on the Orf1b:D275 branch.
After that there is the growing branch with S:V1264L proposed in #2307 and this one defined by Orf1a:A117T (G614A) accounting for 8% of total NB.1
