Jn.1. + 572I underwent a mini saltation in a Cluster or a Chronic reverting S:S455L back to BA.2.86 and got S:F565L.

I have this open in my tabs since some days, finally i decided to propose it : i am not sure if it is from one chronic patient or a little cluster.
The interesting part of it, beyond the saltation, is that it has S:S455L reverted to BA.2.86.
It has also S:F565L that is quite uncommon
