There is another branch of LF.7 with S:V445P in addition to #2226 .
Interestingly it involves three spike mutations hence worth tracking it here.
And also interesting it is in a branch defined by a silent reversion at S:N477N (T22993C) and by the hyper convergent Orf1a:K3353R

LF.7 >> T22993C (S:N477N) > C7051T, Orf1a:K3353R (A10323G) > T18177C, S:H445P (A22896C), S:T676N (C23589A) > C6941T, C21658T, S:K478E (A22994G), G29717A

Query:C7051T, T18177C,C23589A
Samples: 4
Places: Canada (Quebec, Ontario), US (MI)
