Terraform triggering to Ansible

And what about if once the instance is created, I want to change Ansible playbook? A change in Ansible should trigger terraform and run again ansible playbook.

You have to untaint the resource as for Terraform it was already created OK. The change of the playbook itself won't trigger Terraform to run it again.
