unable to add Hindi Unicode in book

In my book, I need to write in Hindi Language !!
When I try to create a pdf file, I get following error.
Glyph "र" (0x930, radeva) not available in font "Times-Roman".
please help ! How I can add new fonts ??

I stopped working on that project, in future I may try !

A workaround might be to remove the preamble

For me fixing the path to xslthl-config.xml in /var/lib/gems/2.1.0/gems/git-scribe-0.1.1/docbook-xsl/fo.xsl solved it.
