Hi, I have HiFi data of two plant samples, they are somatic mutants. Their hetorozygosity are both around 2.7%. While the hetorozygosity didn't increase when evaluating with merged HiFi data of two samples. I thought the hetorozygosity will increase, please give me some answers.
