kernel: NOHZ tick-stop error: local softirq work is pending, handler #N #1259

Every time I change profile, when bpfland unloads and reloads, I see several errors before the unload like so:

I did see one other reference to this error, with a different scheduler: #237
Perhaps this issue will be interesting to you, @htejun

Edited the title as I also see these messages with lavd, except I don't see it with every profile change, rather, I notice it only if the machine is left idle for a few hours.
