[stub-server] Update stub-server routing url to own sub-path #61

Would be good to update stub-server url to own sub-path to be more unique.

Routing: reset, list, and configure are too general as URLs and should be changed to prevent collisions or registered urls.

Proposition of new urls:

/reset → DELETE /stubserver/responses (removes all test responses).
/configure → POST /stubserver/responses (adds a new stub response).
/list → GET /stubserver/responses (retrieves all registered responses).

Also in this PR would be good to move stub server to internal.
