Unable to export all reviews if submitted a proposal

Pretalx does not let you export reviews associated with a proposal that you are an author on.

If you are trying to prepare a table that contains information on all proposals and all reviews this causes breaking problems.

Are there service accounts that can be used by the organizer teams to get around this?

This has been temporarily worked around by Jim Weiss providing a full export of the reviews so that PR #4 can move forward.
