Add hover docs & completion suggestions

first of all: this is great, thank you.

i notice the Atom plugin by azawawi has an accompanying perl6 module that also supports Hover, which hits p6doc for info about what you're hovering over.

i'd love this and completion hints from perl6.
I'd like to look at this, but i will almost definitely never get around to it.

Very honestly this is kind of feature is super key. The on hover documentation received from classes, and methods, and types that you get from languages like TypeScript or even Ruby with SonarLint or Solargraph are top notch. And certainly add to the appeal of people wanting to develop in these languages, Python and even Scala not excluded, in VSCode. I would raise the priority on this. And would be willing to develop it myself.
