This isn't really an issue, I just want to talk about the voting process that we've used so far.

I've used pretty much exactly this process once before, in an ecovillage, and they said they got it from sociocracy. However I can't find it in the sociocracy manual. Who introduced it for us, where did they find it, or were we just winging it?

I guess following from the previous question, what is this voting format usually called? It feels like it can get confusing to just keep calling it the "Voting process", especially if we introduce another one in the future. I mean it's some form of consensus decision-making but not the only way to do consensus.

Enspiral's document on their decision processes is pretty interesting. Their standard version is pretty similar to ours, but they also have a No option which tells people you don't like the decision but you're not gonna block it "If there are a large number of “no”s, it’s strongly advised to work on another iteration to find a better solution, but the proposer may move ahead at their discretion.". But I think w does that job well enough for us for now. They also have different versions that they use for more serious votes, which can be interesting to look at but I think would be too much complexity for us atm.

I found it through Enspiral or Loomio a very long time ago I think...
