downloader: support dl of additional bootfiles for rpi #75

Support the downloading of the following rpi boot files:

rpi_modules.tar.gz
.dtb (ex. bcm2708-rpi-b-plus.dtb, bcm2711-rpi-4-b.dtb)

This boot files might be essential as well and needs to be loaded along with the kernel ang overlay.
