Wrong python-Levenshtein version installed #37

The way this package is managing the requirements, is installing a wrong version for python-Levenshtein. There is another github repo with the same name but diffreten versions, but PyPI thinks is the same one.

I am the new maintainer of the python-Levenshtein package, so this is not PyPI being confused. In case you have any specific issues with the newer versions, please report them in https://github.com/maxbachmann/python-Levenshtein

@johnthedebs python-Levenshtein is no longer used so this is fixed
