Create .bat from current setup

It would be great if we could easily create a batch file with the current setup. That way you can open a certain .vl file with a batch file easily and use the same setup. Very handy if you want to open a file from a shortcut or as a starting point for opening it on another computer the same way, but without GammaLauncher.

The only thing to add/edit would be the .vl file. Otherwise it would just open that vvvv version with no .vl file at the start.
