Why I cannnot got the token from Token_captcha.txt?

I already create the token_captcha.txt in the /res folder. After I got the message that told my acc have been captcha. And I hit the "Enter" ,but there are nothing in mytoken_captcha.txt file. I need to c&p the captcha link from the cmd page. And open it from the Chrome browser. However, I hit the verify, it seems haven't any verify. I need to verify from the game.

you are doing the wrong step ..

1. when you saw "Hit return to read captcha token from res/token_captcha.txt file." DON'T hit enter directly.
2. what you need to do is go to https://pgorelease.nianticlabs.com/ and click the bookmarked link
3. solve the captcha, a alert should appear copy the token inside the alert
4. plaste the token to token_captcha.txt
5. finally you can hit enter

When I go to https://pgorelease.nianticlabs.com/ and I clicked the bookmarked link. the page will go to http://pastebin.com/rBn4iKVG, there are no captcha let me to solve.

the URL of your bookmark should be the scripts inside the website, but not this "http://pastebin.com/rBn4iKVG"

the top field is the bookmark name and the bottom one is the URL

Thanks, I have the token and paste it on the token_captcha.txt. When I hit the enter in the cmd page. there are nothing happened. is it right?
