Now the scanner API is not working. At least, we can share the spawn point / learning files, so whoever interested can figure out where pokemon will likely appear. @seikur0 did you collect any spawn point data that you could share? I have some Taipei data that I can share
Maybe, we can check in the files into this repo ?

Most of it is from after the first spawn point change, from 6 individual persons including myself. I'm just not sure how useful it is, because I've read reports, that spawn points changed again recently during the api blocked time.

You could do a new repo or fork this one and do it there, I'd prefer that.
