Rust replacement for http://zzazzdzz.github.io/fools2018 BGB<->HTTP adapter.
Just barely works, but now I can use BGB on Linux to access Glitchland :).
The future plan is to reverse-engineer the protocol properly so that I can keep a server up after TheZZAZZGlitch ends the event.
