Proxy : route request to last saved inverter proxy response #5

The proxy will work along with client (impossible to have a proxy without client running)
The proxy should answer the last response we got for the inverter.

Only non altering requests will be supported.

Protocol will be the same as the inverter one.
Exposing several ports for several clients simultaneous queries.
