how to set the defaults runs to a value?

without --runs, it defualts 17 runs, how to set the defaults to 1? I want to not set --runs each time.

The default is not 17. Please read this section: https://github.com/sharkdp/hyperfine#basic-benchmarks and check out the --min-runs, --max-runs and --runs options. There is also a hidden --min-benchmarking-time option that controls the number of seconds that hyperfine uses (at minimum) to run benchmarks.
