[MERGE] [FEATURE] Merge existing codes from GitHub Gists into NLPurify

Due to limitations and more flexibility, the old codes from GitHub Gists are to be merged and published as a collection utility library in PyPI. On successful transition, the gist will be gradually deprecated and information about the same will be made available here. The issue template tracks all the changes that are required for a successful transition and gradually makes the library available to an end user.

• Merge the commits from the existing repository into NLPurify module. #2
• Transition of nlp_utils.py into the nlpurify module as a feature. #4
  • Existing Code Migration Required on Gist Deprecation #5
• Fix code documentation - should follow PEP-8 styling. #8
• Generate documentation using Read the Docs. #6
• Replicate a function to remove stop words from a text. #9
• Replicate a function for word lemmatization/stemming from a text.
• Replicate a function for words fuzzy match using different options.

End of Life (EOL) of the existing Gist is 31-08-2024
