Vjoy not installing Windows 10 despite installation successful message #73

So a bit of a unique problem here, I run the setup file and it installs no problem, even saying the "installation successful" message at the end, but when I go to my files there's no sign of the configuration program or anything. I've done a lot of troubleshooting and found that in the apps section of settings it says there is a program called vjoy already installed, but I can't find it or open it, so I uninstalled it in case it was messing with my current download. When I ran the setup wizard afterwards, it no longer gave me the "some features require the computer to restart" menu, and simply gave the "installation successful" message and closed. Despite this, when I look for the "Configure Vjoy" program, it's nowhere to be found. I restarted my computer anyway and the vjoy setup program popped up asking me to run it again, and when I tried it, it gave me a short error message saying the installation was completing. It might be worth noting that when I tried closing the setup wizard at one point, it said "Runtime error (at 45:476):
Internal error: An attempt was made to expand the "app" constant before it was initialized."
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
