When adding subtitles, while there is an option to set the language, there is no option to set the character set.
This leads to incorrect display for international files.
--sub-charset is the associated flag.

UTF-8 - malformed
ISO-8859-15 - correct

Example (SRT):
sample.de.srt.txt
