Feature

Provide a hardening guide for Shipwright, with an emphasis on best practices when the "SHIP-0039: Build Scheduler Options" feature is enabled. Allowing builds to be scheduled on control plane (or other system/specialized) nodes could risk availability of co-located workloads.

Refer to the enahancement proposal for the particular details.
