Native local shared libs for Sqlite3 with AES Encrpytion
To build use <ndk-build> to generate .so files (Check https://developer.android.com/tools/sdk/ndk/index.html for details)
Note - This builds for all platforms (armeabi,armv7,armv8,x86,x86_64 etc), if you need only for a given platform modify Application.mk.
