如果点来源网易云的歌曲后台报错显示解码失败，如果点Q音的歌曲则后台正常显示正在播放，但机器人进频道以后没有声音并且绿色麦克风不亮，疑似没有声音输入
（并且每隔一段时间机器人都会掉线需要在docker重启manager才会恢复）
