add an example-app which illustrates all the use cases.

@seuros what kind of uses cases do you think we should do?

I'm currently thinking:

  • calling a manager from a controller
  • calling a task from a controller
  • calling a manager from cron (e.g whenever)
  • calling a task from a manager
