Bug description
If an error occurs when linking & syncing to a new desktop application, a modal appears. If I click on 'Learn more' the browser opens the support page (that is expected). However, after I returned to Signal, the modal has disappeared. I would expect it to still be open, since I might want to contact the support if the Support-Page didn't help me.
