Media Picker Cannot Play Certain Videos in a Single Message

Bug description

When playing videos in a message and using the media picker, it will not play a video when panning to and playing the 4th video or last video in that same message.

Steps To Reproduce

1. You are the sender.
2. A message with 8 video attachments is sent into a group chat.
3. The user selects the first video attachment in the message (opening the embedded signal media player.)
4. Using the picker feature, pan to the 4th video or last video and select it.
5. The condition presents, and the video will not play.

*To be clear the media player is capable of playing those videos, via going one by one with the picker, or by swiping. This occurs only if you directly pick those videos from your first video attachment.
