Implement the Hunter NPC, which would be a hostile NPC. The Hunter NPC would be lurking very close to the Factory and would attack players that got too close to the Factory.
The Hunter would target a player when he would walk in a certain radius of the hunter's Factory, then, it would stop following/attacking the player when the player has left the Factory radius and has not attacked the Hunter NPC for a certain amount of time.
