iPad 2, iOS 9.3.5, build 1.14.8 (70).

When using Russian locale, there are two horizontal scrollbars in the Preferences window. One for the entire window, and one for Advanced section.

There is also a horizontal scrollbars in About > Features, Multiplayer menu, Multiplayer lobby, Multiplayer > Local game dialog.

Right.
I'm yet to figure out how to limit the grid column width in GUI WML.
