I'm wondering whether it's possible to enable these by using an unrestricted regulatory.db such as this one. It appears that this one does not cover this frequency range, so they're disabled.
Is it possible to rebuild it to cover the 6GHz range as well?

I’m not quite sure what those channels are but they’re definitely within the 6Ghz band plan.
I’d suggest making your own. Check the link at the bottom of the page on building your own - https://github.com/singe/wifi-frequency-hacker#making-your-own
Scroll down to the section entitled “Custom regulatory information” and follow those instructions. If it works out, please let me know and I’ll update this one for the full 6Ghz ranges.
Thanks,
singe

These don't quite fit into the 802.11ax 6GHz channels as far as I can tell.
