Improve notifications - send summaries instead of debugging steps

Currently the script notifies of every single step of the console. This overwhelms the number of notifications sent, and many of those with zero results.

Suggestions:

• Configuration flag for real time notifications BUT ignoring scans with no results.
• Configuration flag for enabling summary notifications, i.e., send a single notification at the end of the scan with its summary. Bonus internet points for filtering by severity
