Need some more info on installation please

After deploying the template you get a node command you need to run locally, together with the url of the web app, which you can use to access your local web service.
Where should I get this, the deploy worked fine , but I did not see a 'node command', where should I see this?
npm install
Gives a lot of warnings...but probably gets installed.

node client.js [your-relay-namespace].servicebus.windows.net tunnel listen [your-SAS-key] localhost [port]

I have no idea what this 'your-relay-namespace' and the SAS key are.
In azure the only thing I actually got after deployment is an App Service, with a URL.
