How do we replicate the functionality inside a blot's replace function? #148

Blots used to have a replace function, but this no longer appears to be the case as of version 2.

Where should this functionality now live? replaceWith is mentioned in the PR to remove replace, but what if a blot was using both replace and replaceWith?
