In the XY slide, selecting a XY rod size of 8 generates 2 spots of length 19mm (which is correct for LM6UU) instead of 24mm (LM8UU)

Currently the JSCAD does not work at all for 8mm rods w/o this fix.

This is now fixed in master, although the head is a bit thick for M3x30mm, it works, but barely. Considering adding sunken nuts to compensate and improve functionality/aesthetics.

Recommend closing along with PR #15.
