Failures to be correctedF1 - Data identifier is persistent, Resource identifier is persistent
https://w3id.org/fair-enough/metrics/tests/f1-data-identifier-persistent - Version: 0.1.0 - Metric to test if the unique identifier of the data resource is likely to be persistent. We test known URL persistence schemas (purl, doi, w3id, identifiers.org). F3 - Resource identifier is persistent... |
Problems: https://www.snik.eu/ontology/ is just the LodView start page there, the correct one is http://www.snik.eu/meta. However LodView doesn't seem to offer content negotiation for us, so we need to use https://www.snik.eu/ontology/meta?output=text%2Fturtle. Look at signposting links, see https://signposting.org/FAIR/. |
Hey, I recently came across your GitHub repository ([repository link]) and am particularly interested in contributing to the implementation of the "Patient Record Integration" feature. The idea of integrating and semantically linking patient records across different healthcare providers aligns with my interests and expertise. I believe that seamless data exchange in the healthcare sector is crucial, and I am enthusiastic about the prospect of contributing to a project that addresses this need while prioritizing privacy and security. Could you please provide some guidance on how I can get started with this feature? Any insights or direction you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to the opportunity to contribute to the project. Thank you |
Hi @vikascod, Is this related to this issue about making SNIK FAIR or is it a separate topic? In the latter case it should be its own issue. |
SNIK is now published using RickView, which offers content negotiation, so this can be rechecked. |
Now it is getting only 3/22 points: https://fair-enough.semanticscience.org/evaluations/2b90f7e5a9e4eeb446a6b3567cb1185d73dff47a Also for https://www.snik.eu/ontology/ (slash at the end): https://fair-enough.semanticscience.org/evaluations/4673186e2d36beb9b74772b4ca47f16243e25586 The problem seems to be the landing page which is not served as RDF. For example with https://www.snik.eu/ontology/meta, the score is 13/22: https://fair-enough.semanticscience.org/evaluations/5b2b62711af0ebd8524f783912a229897c81afcd, so 4 more than LodView. |
Someone else assigned this task to me. They didn't provade any link. |
Hm sorry then I don't think I can help you with that task because SNIK doesn't solve it, maybe the one who gave you the task can give you further advice on how to proceed? |
