Reorganize table of contents in a more logical manner #6

The current table of contents is a jumble of topics. Some pages may be better broken into pieces.

highlevel table of contents ("chapters") should correspond to steps in a workflow
second level table of contents ("sections") should correspond to identifiable parts of that workflow that might emerge, even if only under certain conditions.
Instructions for replicators should become an additional chapter.
Each chapter should also have links to tutorials and classroom materials for that chapter.
