With its latest release Zenodo limited its capabilities of adding subjects from arbitrary taxonomies. (see zenodo/zenodo-rdm#1050)
On the other hand, they introduced mechanisms to add domain specific fields (for now the biodiversity and audiovisual domains)
An idea here would be for Soilwise to interact with Zenodo (or the horizon-zen project) to set domain fields for the soil domain, following the EUSO Metadata profile
