The Repository will link with national data portals but will not store raw national data.

Access to National portals is typically managed through the INSPIRE GeoPortal and/or the European data portal

Direct access to portals of 20+ member states is not envisioned

Unfortunately some member states decided to stop their cooperation with the INSPIRE GeoPortal, I'm not sure how we can access their resources.
