understand and communicate the lifespan of resources in horizon europe reporting portal and Cordis

At the start of the project it was assumed that Cordis is the proper mechanism to discover project deliverables.

We have received some questions why deliverables are not (yet) listed in Cordis. The reason seems related to the lifespan of resources in the Horizon Europe/Cordis ecosystem. Would be good if we can provide answers to our users related to:

• Are all project deliverables which are added to the reporting portal also made available through Cordis
• If some deliverables are not shared through Cordis, should we consider them?
• When can we expect a resource reported in the portal to become available through the Cordis SPARQL endpoint (lifecycle)
