Draft/Develop:

• A policy framework. Identify types of misconduct; generally covering CoC unacceptable/disruptive behaviour as well as actions that undermine or conflict with the fundamental principles of open standards development in a consensus building community / CG... to behaviour blatantly done in bad faith..
• Training and communicating in the community.
• Investigations and appeals. Relying on W3C/Solid CoC(C)s, chairs?, and/or other independent parties?
• Clarify actions: warnings, probation, suspension, termination.. depending on severity.
• Record keeping..
• Maintain/cultivate order and fairness / healthy and constructive discourse / comfortable and safe workspace.
• Continuous reviews and improvements to this policy (based on experience).
