Beta docs clean-up #208

For the beta docs release to be consistent and clean, we need:

The words "Cred" and "Grain" to always be capitalized, including in diagrams/images
The words "mint" and "minted" to always be lowercase, including in diagrams/images, unless it is beginning a sentence (which isn't very probably linguistically.)

We also need the beta docs to have their desired URLs and locations within the SourceCred.io webpage. It was mentioned that the doc URLs end with "beta" and that is undesirable, but I don't know why that is.
