  • 승인/거절 후 새로 대표자 변경 신청할 수 있도록 API 수정
  • 대표자 변경 신청 3일 후 삭제
  • 대의원 비어있을 때 계속 request 가는 문제 해결
  • 대표자 변경 승인 후 이전 대표자 마이페이지에서 확인 -> 추후 수정 (Impl MyChangeRepresentative for prev representative #1258)
