Bug 1-
Tooltip should come at right hand side for better user experience

Expected-
Tooltip in header section should come at RHS

Actual-
Coming in bottom side

Bug 2-
Delete tooltip should come at slightly RHS (check for socket.io and websocket)
Tooltip should come at right hand side for better user experience

Bug 3-
Scroll to bottom is coming in 3 lines can we make it in 2 line as present in scroll up(check for socket.io and websocket)

Bug 4-
Tooltip should present at RHS
