Is all LUA functionality in SuperDuperMacro already handled by _DevPad?

If so, then remove it here to simplify the code and maybe one day this whole addon can have its functionality absorbed. - issue #4

As _DevPad is also unmaintained, I can't risk taking away that functionality in SuperDuperMacro.
