Feature request: Toggle number of ready ups required.

Hi all, absolutely love the pug mod that you've built. We use it daily for a NA CS community that has players all over the US + Canada. One issue that consistently comes up is readying up.

The feedback from our group is only one set of !ready's is required, and that having multiple isn't necessary. Actually, some people are annoyed by it.

Is this something that can be added to the setup? Otherwise, we could do a pull request and try to add the toggle is that's a better solution.

You can use forcestart

So just to be clear, wait until the first round of ready's is done, and then !forcestart?
